Bing sit Shen, sick phrase. Bing Xin combine, lure water sign. Shen has Ren water, 2nd sign of weakness. Hai luck cycle, Hai water has Ren, link with Shen. 3rd sign. The 2 Xin feel like it ripping Bing, has cut feel. Surgery. 2022 / 23 Ren Gui clash Bing, probably has some detrimental effect.

Mother is Xin sitting on Wei which does not support Metal.  Also Bing overcomes Xin.
Xin Wei is in Fu Yin, maybe it adds to mother's sickness.

Father can be Indirect Wealth, you're right.  But father can also be Zheng Yin.  There are a few conditions on which one to use.  This is how Mangpai looks at the Parent Stars. 

Remember Cristiano Ronaldo's case?  That is another example where Zheng Yin (Direct Resource) is the right one to use:
