Use the annual flying stars. To add points. Like, when you and the buying sit and talk. Use a positive sector.

Don't place out those Feng Shui placement when people are survey or viewing your house. Smell of coffee helps plus points.

This is an interesting topic. Hasn't been active in the forum space. Just to add my 2 cents worth regarding my analysis in late 2020 using QMDJ, my take is situation would turn better between 立夏 to 夏至.

2024, should be risky year for his chart.

I read that dog and dragon don't work as noblemans in bazi.
If you study Shen Sha or Symbolic Stars in Bazi, that is correct.  Out of the twelve Branches, only Dog and Dragon (Xu and Chen) are not defined a Nobleman's Star for any Daymaster (DM)

Tianyi Guiren = Nobleman's Star

what does it mean if you have dog or dragon in your bazi?
what are the effects of this gate in your bazi?
what if its located in your year, month, day or hour pillar?
What does it mean?  We don't know, because we need to analyze the whole chart. Is it inauspicious if you have a lot of Chen and Xu?  We don't know.  At least what you can do is not worrying.

And I can give you an example of a very noble chart with Dog and Dragon (Xu and Chen):

Al Pacino, Wu Daymaster:

He has been a very successful actor with so many awards and accolades throughout life.  If you think that LP Chen or Xu will hit him, then that is not true, either.  He was in LP Xu from 1992 till 2002, and in 1993 he won the most prestigious Academy Award for Best Actor.

If you look at his chart, as a Wu DM he does not have Wei or Chou as Tianyi Guiren in his chart.  But he is still very noble in his field.

Note:
I used to study Shen Sha in great details.  Since the day I studied Mangpai (Blindman), I was shown that very very few Shen Sha actually work, and I have myself seen so many charts for verification.  That's the reason that I can quickly produce that chart as an example.

Thanks for sharing, a lot of learning points in this example.

Feng Shui / Re: Bathroom next to bedroom

Hi all

I recently heard that bedrooms next to bathroom isnt ideal. Bad Qi flows from toilet to room. How true is this? Any remedy besides moving out from the room?
So long you keep it clean and dry. And, close the door when you turn in to sleep at night. Its about habit. And, works fine.

There was a whole thing with a change in the calendar where they had problems with a specific Emperor and some scientists(well, monks really, but in that case we can say it was scientists) from the western world few centuries ago. The question came up to who can calculate the solstice more accurately and they did better... I don't remember the whole story, shouldn't be difficult to find. But the day is continues, that is shared with the moon calendar as well, but the months are different.

Considering in his QMDj/JMDJ book Jack Chiu says similar change was made in Tang Dynasty I guess that was the timeframe.
After the calendar change now they reflect the movement of the Sun in the Solar Calendar, I have searched a lot never found out how it was calculated before.
It is one of the reasons people say Chai Bu count is more accurate, as the whole base is different now when it comes to the months. But more on that in that post in that topic.

So in that sense, while the day 60 jia/zi is a stream that goes back very very far, the months in the way we view them today aren't very old. Tang Dynasty was 618–907(still old of course, but in comparison with the day - very recent).

Anyway, that same reasoning we can use for using Chinese time everywhere. If we use local time(solar or not), it suggest we are making changes in very old and very well established system, no matter if it is about the months or not.  :)

Thumbs Up. . Well Said

Just for fun. If you could change 1 thing in the world, what would it be?

May the folks that are doing well remember that they will never see u-haul behind a hearse. And, that they could give a little bit more back to helping the less fortunate in this society.
