Having many Outputs is an important condition. But we still need to combine that with other factors, such as LP, Qi phase ... before we arrive at that conclusion.

Just a quick realization, Weinstein and Epstein, both are Water Dragons. I know personally few Water Dragons, usually very powerful and charismatic. I know that Chinese like having Water Dragon babies very much, and I can see why. Of course, they can still turn negative, like those two :-)

Yes, johnyqi, Water Dragons or even all Dragons are preferred by Chinese. But as a ethnic Chinese myself (and one who has a Dragon child) , I think their view is a very broad generalization.

Let's go back to the date, even before we think about the hour. Is there a copy of the birth certificate that's circulating around somewhere in the Internet?
The wikipedia states the date as such and such, but is it accurate? I have seen quite a few birth dates that were later corrected when the copy of the birth certificate is discovered.

LP Wu Wu 戊午 1998-2008: this chart wants to control Wei Day Pillar, which is the Wealth Tomb.
