Hi Tientai, you're asking about the San He (triangular) formation of 戌 Xu, 午 Wu and 寅 Yin:



The combination is not formed successfully.  There is more than one reason, and one of them is Wu Fire is in Kong Wang.

If the combination was successful, then the company's finances would have been quite good.

Do you mean the condition during i worked?  2012 - mid 2015 was good. after mid 2015, we were lacking of customers. 2016, most money was gained by selling raw lands (private assets), not profit from construction works.

bank loan was used to construct every building, so any profit was shared to pay the interest beside some company costs. anyway, he is rich and his father is very rich. even if they decide to not sell the buildings, the company costs and bank loans are still coverable.

The sixth line is the topmost line, where you cannot go any higher.  This means the company could not develop any further.  Moreover, when we note the Six Animals, Xuan Wu or Murky Warrior on a weak line means that the company's wealth was not stable.  Xuan Wu is Water, on a weak line, indicates uncertainty and instability.

Good to know, although the aspect about the father was beyond the scope of the hexagram.
