I think Dao is right, the native will tend to reject education with the Wu Xu hour.  Because Chou combines with You, but Chou is punished by Xu.  And Chou is Seal (Resource). 

Moreover, the Stems do not any work with the Wu Xu hour: Wu-Xin-Xin-Xin (Hour-Day-Month-Year Stems).  What do the Stems do?  Unlikely to be a very famous scientist of his caliber.

Adjustment to solar time can be head-scratching

But don't you worry... For adjustment to solar time, please follow the steps I wrote in Reply #2 to retrieve Mr. Hawking's chart from bazi-calculator.com.  But then the hour is empty there, so please enter the presumed clock times, and the program will calculate the solar time for you.
