不然，一剂凉药，寒上加寒，能于治耶？
otherwise , one dose of cool Medicinal, upon trembling apply for Cold [ pathogen ], how could be capable to control [this situation ] ?
觉子曰：此卦酉金兄动以生子孙，服此热药而病愈者，若使前贤见之，又以酉金兄爻而为药矣。
Ziao Zi Said: this Hexagram with moving You metal yao produce the Offspring Yao, to take this Medical prescription and recover from illness, seems like to make something worthy or virtuous, also using You metal Brother yao as Medicine also.
李我平曰：凡卜药，亦有当卜之道，或医家治临危之症，欲投此药，可以起死回生，惟恐一失，关系不小。
Li also said: ordinarily using divination for medicinals, is as to handle with the way [Dao], perhaps physicians make treatments for deathly diseases and for [mild ] illness, those who desire to relay themselves on medicines , have a good chance for unexpected recovery, lest one dose, the close connection is big.
得子孙动者，必喜悦也，即可用之，用而必效。
Obtaining offspring moving yao , certainly there will be happiness, this [yao ] can be useful, useful and effective.
或泛海行舟，或长途穷旅，无处寻医，有人传一奇方，占得子孙动者，其方必效。

或半夜更深，延医不及，检点古方及家藏药散，实对此症，不敢擅用，不可不占，皆以子孙为用神，但得子孙持世，子孙发动，服之立可解忧。

Raw Fu Zi 5 g.
ExplanationFu zi [radix aconiti praeparata, 附子]
Fu Zi: Restoring yang from collapse, reinforcing fire and strengthening yang, dispelling cold to alleviate pain.
Gan jiang [rhizoma zingiberis, 干姜]
Gan Jiang: Warming the lung and dispelling cold so as to eliminate retained phlegm and warming up the spleen-Yang to remove dampness.
