Additionally, your post contains two question that are best handled as a divination / forecasting request.
First, you are indirectly asking about the woman's short term potential for a salary increase, a bonus, or promotion within her current organizational climate.
Second, you are inquiring if it may be beneficial for her to change (to a better company / job) for (short-term) salary increase, bonus, or promotion potential.

I am not sure if it will matter, but it appears you entered longitude information when you plotted his chart. It does not appear as though you added GMT info.
What is the GMT of your relative's birth town?

From your post, it appears that your relative struggled through life?
