Hello everyone!

I've been learning BaZi for a long time and I took a lot of courses from different masters. I notice that even in the traditional school there are different approaches to reading of someone's chart, and depending of the approach that you use, you get pretty conflicting results on the same issue. And the question of the best option for me - being an employee or having my own business - was the most debatable, so I wonder how Mangpai will answer it. (Recently purchased several books on Mangpai and so far at the very beginning of my journey, so I will be happy of any help in decoding this chart  )
