In many books says that If the Spirit of Focus (yong shen ) does not appear in the hexagram but
you can use the month branch as yong shen .
anyone can give me an example?

May need specific quote, even better with example. : )
They can't really be missing, they can be void or hidden, but without specific quote and example it will be difficult to comment on what they wanted to say.
P.S. All relations will exist in some way in the original hexagram.

if Yong Sheng does not appear in the hexagram，Month Branch can be used like Yong Shen ，dont need to use Fu Shen .

In every hexagram there are all relations present. In the case one is missing , we find it in the Pure Hexagram from the Palace and show it as hidden line.
There isn't situation one of them may be missing.

I think in that same Chinese text, there will probably be another statement that tells how to find the Yong Shen if the Six Kin is not available. How to find it is basically what Gmuli described right above, and that element would be the Fu Shen!
I have read such text, and it shows some inconsistency.
