I liked the Interesting exposition of the Tarot applied to Christian Kabbalah as explained by Gmuli.
I can see the value of hanging the minor arcana (Ace to 10) to the 10 Sefirot but I have always found the effort to attach the 22 major arcana to the 22 paths of the sefirotic tree, contrived and a arbitrary.  There is actually no indication except among some recent western esotericists that the Tarot and the Kabbalah are linked.
Therefore I propose a much simpler reading of the major arcana:
- it is a journey from innocence and potential (the fool) to mastery and harmony with nature and the spiritual world (Card XXI)
- there are four modalities of awareness and action through which the disciple must walk
- Intellectual development, rational analysis, rational knowledge, studying, empiricism (helmed by the Pope V), which aspects are cards I to IIII
- Integrating our shadow, shadow work, alchemical transmutation (helmed by the Devil XV), which methods are described in cards XI to XIIII
- Developing a spiritual body, prayer, initiation (helmed by the Judgement XX), which methods are described in cards XVI to XVIII
- Learning from and Manifesting in the tangible world, practical action (helmed by the Wheel of Fortune X), which aspects are described in cards IX to XIII.
My analysis is based on the Tarot de Marseille.
Let me know if this approach to the Tarot works for you and we can try to elaborate.
