I choose Ji Mao hour.
Wu Yin hour - DM's body suffers, it can not be a sportsman's chart.
Xin Si hour - there is contradiction, which lowers the quality of the chart.
Geng Chen hour - Guan Sha is inauspicious and overcomes DM too much as it is stable. Again body suffers which is not possible for a soccer player.
Ji Mao - Mao, Hai and Yin control Cai Chou in year, literally Bi Jie (team, other players) earn a lot of money together or DM earns money teaming up/ thanks to other man and his body (Hai).
This year Jia from LPs combines away Ji and controls Wu - good.
Xu from 2018 helps Wood to control Chou. Looks like a good year.
Xu opens Chou too. He gains authority, honour, power etc., more children maybe.

i wonder what kind of spiritual practice each type of chart should practice. if friend is useful god maybe using the body like in walking meditation ,i struggle to sit for a long time

Well, in my opinion if it's occasional spiritual practice and not a profession, then it does not really matter if Friend is useful or not. The spiritual practice will do you some good, regardless of Bazi. Which practice is suitable to you is very hard to see in Bazi.

It has just occured to me that in your chart, two Earth Branches clash with two Earth Branches :D. Earth has a property of stillness, but if two clash two... that might explain the big challenge with long-time sitting.
The challenge comes from your thoughts and emotions, rather than physical, because in your case Earth is Output.

1) To be more accurate, the longitude of Madeira, Portugal is 16.9595 degrees. So please adjust by 68 minutes.
2) You also need to adjust for the Equation of Time. The adjustment is also given by bazi-calculator.com, which is 14 minutes.
To avoid the headache, one can just enter Madeira and birth timing into bazi-calculator.com made by @Voytek to get the result of 8:58 am --> Geng Chen hour.
