This Query was made 27 -10- 2019 ..
I am very curious if I can trust this Company .. already many delays..!!
The plan is:
The Company to pack and carry my stuff temporarily in their warehouses .. until 10 November .. and then transfer them ..!!
But only discussions, delays by changing the date .. and not taking even the first step of packing ..!!
What is your opinion ?

I would read it that waiting next month may be better decisions there, also possible not from that same company/peoples.
Even though your line is Child, it is weakened by the Others line, also the Parent line is clashing it from the Day and from other places...
Child line is progressing, but in this case I don't think we can read it as "all will go smoothly" as many of the other lines, including the Others are restricting, clashing or weakening it.
While waiting the Hai month may be good idea for the whole thing, these guys may not be good even then. Also there may be some other important factor missing or some important influence in making the decision may not be clear now(Resource clashing Self Line, if we view Resource as knowledge that is missing now, that seem to be against you).
Summary "How trustworthy is this carrying company for transferring my home stuffs .?"
Not much and there are other problems, so rethinking the whole think or at least the company may be wise idea. : )

Speaking on responsibility and trust ..it is the main focus for this Query. .
1. Self moving Child Yin line and advancing to Child Mao == in case of asking if I will have any trouble this Child advancing is nothing of worrying about even there will be some delays on deliver (Gou Chen )
2. Mao bounding with Other Officer Xu line == points out my agreement with the Company...
3. Wealth is hiding on 3rd Chen Officer unmoving line now in kong wan == Perhaps this my search for another company parallel to current one.!! .. and I rejected this option.
4. There is a San he among self Yin with 5th other Xu and 4th Wu Produced Wealth line ..!! == this is all parties of agreement ...
5. I think even not be stable on agreement of carrying my stuffs .. with some delay will fulfilled..!!
I estimate Zi month === when San he is broken !! (Zi sibling 6th line on Azure Dragon)...

All my worries are ended .. yesterday 10 November Carrying Company was delivered my stuffs (14:30 P.M hour ) ..
Had a notice on Saturday 9 from them .. that must be there to get them ..
Today I return back ..
