You have an interesting case. My first advice would be to recommend relocating, as remedies can only do so much and won't fully mitigate the negative effects of living in a house like this. It's similar to asking someone to place a wealth-generating picture on their northern wall while the northern area itself is in complete disarray.

If relocation isn’t an option, here’s how I would analyze your situation.
Your issue is a combination of 声煞 (Noise Killing-Qi) and 动气煞 (Moving Energy Sha). Both problems are quite challenging, which is why relocation is my first recommendation. Typically, those affected by these two forms of 煞 (Sha) in their home experience health issues and mental clarity problems, but their impact extends to all areas of life—from relationships to wealth. The direction from which these 煞 Sha's originate can tell us more about which aspect of life is being emphasized. Fortunately, most remedies address both types of 煞 Sha simultaneously.

First, buy a Bagua mirror and hang it so it faces the source of the sound.
Next, invest in a few large indoor plants and place them on the side where the noise is coming from. I recommend using medium to large earthy pots, such as terracotta. Alternatively, you could create a bamboo wall to act as a natural sound and vibration barrier.
There are also more specific remedies, but these would require knowing the exact direction of the noise and vibrations, which is difficult without me physically being there with a luopan.

For the noise issue, one quick fix that offers excellent value is high-quality foam earplugs for sleeping. Getting good sleep can remedy about 50% of the problems you’re experiencing.

In QZSY, especially in the older, Pre-Mongol era, a more ancient form of BaZi—which predates the ZiPing style—was used alongside QZSY. This older version of BaZi utilized ShenSha extensively, though it wasn't typically used as a standalone technique; snapshot techniques were also present in this system.

In this ancient BaZi framework, the year pillar held significant importance, as it determined many major ShenShas. For example, if someone is born in a 甲子 year, the 申子辰 formation uses 寅 as the 马 star. Since 寅 is a wood branch, the Wood Star (Jupiter) is designated as the (Status) 贵元. Additionally, 甲 uses 寅 as 禄, meaning Jupiter also represents (Wealth) 禄元. Since 甲乙 corresponds to wood, Jupiter is also known as the 仁元 (Fame). The 甲子 nayin is Metal, which means Venus is termed the 寿元 (Longevity).

Thus, just from the year branch, we derive four ShenShas of primary importance, known as the Four Yuans or 四元. For a 甲子 year, it's essential to examine Jupiter and Venus thoroughly in the QZSY astrological chart: is Jupiter in a favorable or unfavorable house? Is it conjunct or aspected by positive or negative planets? What good or bad ShenShas influence Jupiter? Analyzing these factors gives insight into one’s potential for achievement and longevity.

There are also snapshot techniques within this system. For instance, if the Hour Pillar supports the Ming Gong pillar, this alignment is referred to as 天堂贵. For example, someone born in the 子 hour with 命宫 in 卯 has 子 water supporting 卯 wood. Depending on the element that’s supported, this could indicate the person’s influence in martial or academic affairs. Certain combinations involving this alignment can even denote noble titles, such as Kings or Dukes.

Please note that the Ming Gong I'm referring to is based on BaZi, not ZWDS. Few calculators are capable of calculating the BaZi Ming Gong, but MyBazi.com offers software that does.

Of course, this is just a glimpse into the layers of Ancient BaZi and QZSY. Hope this helps!

It's been a while! This is a interesting chart strong Wood, and Earth. From Traditional pov we call this 土木交战 Wood/Earth battle. In this chart Earth as Wealth has a slightly better advantage but luck pillars are in support of Wood the DM.
So this in many ways this show's that @jovi18 will definitely face some competition and opposition in whatever career field you pursue. Yet through overcoming these competition and opposition it will bring you success.
Earth being the representation of the Father/Wealth also show's the disharmony in relationship between you and your father. Again this relationship needs work to overcome to better Father Son relationship.
Although you might not like to admit both you and your father might have similar personality both are strong-willed and serious in demeanor so can buttheads easily.
This also can spill out into your work arena where your personality could cause you to have some opposition at work. Since you are doing your own business you need to becareful how you come across with your clients.
As well as how you treat your competition. Not all your competition needs to be your enemy.
That being said you definitely have strong-will and determination to succeed. It will not be a easy road for you but, as you overcome your struggles you will reap your rewards.

Well this is definitely a interesting case study, as a practitioner of Traditonal BaZi. i do find 甲戌 Hour to be quite suspicious. I think it most be noted that the time a woman takes to labor varies greatly between person to person.
My middle school teacher went into labor for over 8hrs before having her baby！
If using 甲戌 hour IMO, would make this a very low level 建祿格 and i highly doubt he is someone who is holding this low level chart structure because it also does not match much of his life events IMO.

In order for 建祿格 to be high level both Officer/官 and 财/Wealth most potrude in the heavenly stems at the same time the DM most still be able to maintain strength.
It does not like to see 7k/杀 especially if 印/Seal is present in the chart. 杀 will go to strengthen 印, and 印 will go to strengthen a already over strengthened DM.

In his chart 正印 as 癸 is present in the year pillar.
He was also raised by single mother which means this 印 is highly beneficial to him. It also doesn't make sense to me for him to be without father using this hour, because 寅戌 have special relationship, as well as 辰戌 clash which opens the tomb for 戌. The tomb for Fire/Earth.
If we use 甲戌 Hour, The useful gods for the chart would be Fire/Earth. First someone who goes into politics and uses fire/earth will most likely have more conservative political leanings. 官、杀 Officer also becomes useless because of the presence of 印. It's strength goes to supporting 印 instead of controlling the DM. Which would make more for a more fanatic type of personality and definitely more fanatic type of political leanings.
Which does not seem to match his progressive political stance.

When i look at the next hour though 乙亥HP this chart makes a lot more sense to me... If born in 乙亥 Hour, i would consider this chart a high level 曲直格。Which definitely matches his politics and life events more.
Not only is 亥 the 长生 location for Wood, it is also the 临官 position for Water. Further raising the level of this 曲直格. Not only that it does not clash with any of the 3 Zodiacs forming the Wood Frame combo.
Therefore allowing a true transformation to occur. This is considered 格真 (Real Completed Structure) Very high level.

曲直格 when high level usually become 国家栋梁 (Someone who contributes greatly to the Country). It is also a strong sign of benevolence. He is known as a progressive politician that supports gay rights and all-inclusive politics.
Which is again a sign of benevolence.

曲直格 is a special chart formation only formed by Wood DM's just incase some readers don't know.
If we use 乙亥 hour then Officer and 7k become a lot more useful, again it's energy goes to support 印/Seal but since this chart is a 曲直格 it likes 印 to be supported and strengthened.
Especially during the presence of strong Water periods/years. Less Apparent during Earth Years/periods. In fact main 忌神(dreaded God) would be Earth followed by Fire the 凶神.

In 1998 he was promoted to parliament secretary which is the stepping stone to become a future Minister/PM. In 1999 he fought heavily for a bill that supports gay rights.
In 2022 he was able to defeat Scott Morrison who is anti-LGBTQ, and it was because of the actions he took in 1998-1999 in support of Gay Rights that garnered this wide support for him now in 2022.
1998-1999 were 申酉 years. I highly doubt these years would of been beneficial to him if he was born in 甲戌 HR.
His facial and body appearance also show much more signs of Wood frame then broken wood frame. Notice his long arms and somewhat elongated body. Classic signs of wood frame.

Anyway this is just my Opinion and outlook of his chart.  In no way do my knowledge completely represent all Traditional BaZi outlooks nor do i claim it to be.
