FREE Life Reading Request / Need some advise

Dear all,
Its been awhile since i posted anything here or browse this forum & i hope everyone is okay nowadays with the Covid pandemic.
I have been thinking of wanted to share something that is really bothering my nowadays on work or maybe someone have some advised for me as i have been too stress out lately on this.
I even have a breakdown recently with all that is happening and i brave myself to pen this down in here.
All this while i have a hard time cooperating with a colleague of mine at work , He is a total opposite character from mine in which he is a irresponsible person in which only does work for his self interest instead of the company.We have been arguing constantly about this and that but in the end i have to pick up the shit he left behind and finish up the mess he left there in every single project for the past few years.I did went to my bosses and discussed about this but i feel more frustrated that the message never gotten across.Meanwhile i fixing up the mess he left behind at the same time get back stabbed from him at every opportunity.
While it does not really bother me much all this years as i was thinking all the issues he created at the same time while solving it , i was thinking i gained so much in such a short time i should be thanking him instead.
Until recently i founded out his self serving interest begin to shows out in the public about this and my boss [ we report to the same boss ] does nothing to solved this.Most of us are badly affected by the COVID lockdown and thus our company im working in are not spared as well.He is treating the company as a playground for him and using company resources to pocket money for his own gained [i have no proof on this but all the documentations are very questionable] and the bigger problem is my boss let him do as he pleases.
This pisses alot of people including me on his way of dealing such as this.Currently what i see is my bosses totally loss control of him and outwitted in his game.
I have been thinking very hard to start something against him but im too pre-occupied with current workload to focus on that , deep inside is telling me to act on this but at the same time i feel that it's just a waiting game for something to happen at him to get exposed.
I am worried at current if nothing is done he will continuously spread lies and more daring in the future and no one will stop him on this.
Anyone can give any advised at all?

Dear all,
Sorry to bother you all awhile on this , but if anyone is free can help me to give me some inputs of my questions
*- I reach my goals of my current career in which i think is the maximum level i can reach already as what i can see in my organizations.
*- I also think my current salary wont have significant changes anymore only expected it to be gradually increase as most organizations increment.
What i want to asked is
1] Shall i master and ultimate my current skills [audio engineering] in which i'm doing [related to my work also].If i do will it brings in major wealth creation for me?
2] Or Shall i pursue Computer Science and master this skills [in which i planned to do] and brings greater wealth opportunities for me?
Which is the better options for me?

Dear all,
Year Ji/Hai will soon pass on feb 4 however as we counting down on this changeover to Geng/Zi year.
Lets us celebrate the coming date change of year to 2020.
For me Year 2019 has been a tough , challenging and exciting year for me.But in the end its one of the best year for me overall yet.I have learned so much in such a short span of 1 year and the rewards has been magnificent.
I truly believed every year new challenges will come and goes , it is honestly our own actions that decides the general outcomes regardless of how the dire circumstances you are at that given time.
I would like to take this opportunity to say thanks to JLim and the rest of the forumers here.May your 2020 fill with joy and happiness !

Thank you for the brief summary,You are not wrong and interestingly its always start fun and end badly.
Or worst back to hospital again....
Lose something i think its my knee cartilage , actually the damage its already there.I have injected twice at the same knee with hyaluronic acid.To simplify my injury its just im 40 years of age but my knee condition is maybe 60 -70 years old condition....

Hi all,
Need some divination/forecast about myself regarding the subject above.
I miss football badly sometimes,But i keep injuring myself and its very frustrating.
Injuries has been on and off for quite sometimes and finally has force me to stop
Entirely of active sports.
What i wanted to know is
1] What are the possibilities of myself getting injured if i pursue myself in active sports again.Active means maybe 1 week 2,3 times active football.
2] I seriously do not want to get injured.As the last doctor i visited told me i should lay off any sports that has an great impact on my knees and leg.I been in and out hospital previously because of this...

This year is really one crazy year...
Hai/Shen pierce really is one annoying n tiring events to deal with...
Issues relating to staff and colleague with myself is never ending...
Settle one and again another one comes in...
This proof one thing that harm is really mentally exhausting events that need to deal with..
Hope that this last quarter of the year will be smoother when Geng/Zi year comes in
