Like my partner, I work as a civil servant for a tax authority in my country.

I am curious to see your analysis in Mangpai in general on our themes, in general, but also on the upcoming marriage and with regard to future children.  I am also curious to know what level our bazi charts are at, noble or not in Mangpai ?

Regarding the time correction, I didn't realise I was writing the time in French. My time of birth is 11:40 a.m., and for my partner, 18:50 p.m. with summer daylight saving time, Paris time (GMT + 2).

I asked you what you thought about the double Yin Si harm, that I have nothing to fear for the children and that I have nothing to fear from the year 2028 with Wu Shen,  is that correct? I am asking this question because nothing happened to me in August 2022 (Ren Yin year and Shen month) or in August 2025 (Yi Si year and Jia Shen month).

And that it would be because of the Lu in my birth hour, which would actually be beneficial for me? These are the same questions I asked you in my private email.

I think Ellen's chart helps me understand your chart quicker because it can also form different structures. Her foundation (month branch) is made of one thing, but her stems use another thing.

Her chart structure is originally Mutual Killing-Seal (Chou-You combo), but her stems activate "Output Generating Wealth" which becomes the dominant structure when supported by hour and day branches alongside the luck cycles.

This structure did great until it entered Geng Shen (Seal) luck cycle. When Seal appears in stem, her existing Output Generating Wealth structure is no longer effective. As a result, she canceled her long-running show due to scandals and now exiled by entertainment industry.

Honestly, it's not that bad. Despite losing her massive popularity, she still retains massive wealth, avoided expensive lawsuit and having a peaceful, quiet life. But I don't think she can make a comeback as a comedian. She must adapt, try something else during Seal luck cycle.

Her chart structure is still able to function well as "Hurting Officer Controlled by Seal" because her Ding fire is restrained by Gui water when positioned side-to-side. I mean, Seal can take over and do its job without much fighting from Wealth.

Back to your chart, you have an Officer controlling Rob Wealth in stems. I get it why you choose a Jia wood daymaster for partnership. You need Seal to protect the Officer when it's time to meet Hurting Officer and prevent combination with Eating God. 

Seal is more effective than Wealth because the Officer can be assertive and use it as a weapon to subdue Output (a weapon for Rob Wealth). 

Gui Si, Ren Chen, Xin Mao and Geng Yin luck cycles should be fine. You should beware of Ji Chou, where both Officer and Hurting Officer are equally powerful.

In fact, in hindsight, I reread Jin Peh's books about the themes that contain Sibling Rivalry Fire and he said that the beneficial elements for my chart are water, earth and fire, and not wood and metal for the first half of my life with the year, month and day, except when my bazi becomes dominant fire in the horse and dog years + horse luck when wood is favourable to me first with fire and earth, metal and water are last which explains why the years 2004 and 2005 were good with the wood heavenly stems of the Monkey and the Rooster, the same for the years 2010 and 2011 which were good, with the Metal Tiger and the Metal Rabbit which combined with the Wood Horse to produce fire to control metal.

And I remember that the year 2012 of the Water Dragon (Ren Chen) and the Water Snake (Gui Si) in 2013 which contained metal and water in a period when I was a dominant fire with the combination of my two Bing Yin with Jia Wu luck, were very difficult years for me because of my partner like 2014 and 2015, with with another woman who tried to take my partner from me without success. And Jin Peh said in the second half of life which starts around 40-45 years old, with hour, day and month, my Bazi chart follow the wealth with beneficial elements like 1) metal 2) earth 3) water, and detrimental elements like wood and fire.

I think that the year 2015 is the turning point where I go from beneficial fire to fire that is not beneficial to me, where I go from sibling rivalry to a dominant fire chart in Jia Horse luck cycle, and then a follow the wealth and officer. I think I actually fall into the category of variable Bazi, which adapts, as in the case of Ellen Degeneres that you mentioned.

As for the Year of the Earth Rat in 2008, it was good at the beginning with the earth stem and water branch. And that year was wounded by Yi Wei,which turned a very good year into a bad one. As for the year of Earth Ox, in 2009, it was supposed to be good for me but the clash of Yi Wei luck with Ji Ox ruined everything, which turned a "good year" into a bad year.

Please forgive me for my mistake. Upon rereading, I did not mean to refer to the Si branch, which is combined with Chou to produce metal. It is the Ding fire sitting on the fire branch, Si, which is very strong at first but becomes weaker because the Si branch is combined with Chou to become metal. The Ding fire, which is strong at the beginning, becomes weak and has its strong fire roots cut off by the combination of metal, because it was Tori's mother who cut off her access to the greater wealth left by her father. We see here the logic of roots being cut off or strengthened by a combination, and this is what makes Tori Spelling's Bazi chart so interesting.

However, even though Ding's fire has its roots cut off by the Si-Chou combination, which becomes metal, it still remains somewhat strong because Tori was born in the summer, when fire is powerful, so she still received $800,000, which is not an insignificant inheritance.

In the case of nin99, he has problems because his Wu Shen luck pillar is combining with Gui Snake in his day pillar, which transforms the branch Si into water ( Peer Star ), meaning that his wealth is being taken by someone else. I think that the fire of Bing Wu in 2026 is favourable for producing strong earth, and the same goes for Ding Wei, which is the fire that produces earth, my output/children. Wu Shen (2028) and Ji You (2029) are favourable years for children too. Is that correct?

His chart doesn't use earth and metal in heavenly stems, which are output and wealth from your chart's perspective. Do you get what I mean?

From trey bazi website, I learn that Bi Jian structure should form other structures to function, like Hurting Officer or Seal-Officer. Officer is especially important if you have rob wealth.

Not really, because Wealth must appear in stems to be considered as "Wealth Generating Officer" structure.

Otherwise, I will read it as a Bi Jian type. With Rob Wealth in month stem, it must be controlled by a Direct Officer.

However, your Direct Officer is rootless and lonely with neither Wealth nor Seal in stems. So it would seek their presence in luck cycle stems and more water/metal energy from branches.

I find it curious that this rule you state must be mandatory for heavenly stems, yet the Treybazi website and other Chinese Bazi websites, which show Governor Li's theme (Hour Ren Yin, Day Ding Si, Month Bing Wu and Ding You year), present almost exactly the same configuration as in my Bazi in the heavenly stems with a Direct Officer, a Rob Wealth and a Bi Jan. They said that the Governor's Li chart is structured as Wealth generating Officer because of the half-combination of Si and You, with harmony between Direct Wealth and Indirect Seal, despite its heavenly stems Ren- Ding - Bing - Ding.

Even Lily Chung and Jerry King, Bazi specialists, told me the same thing about my chart, that there was indeed a very strong half-combination of metal between the earthly branch of Gui Si and that of the month of Ding You, which strengthens Gui, explaining why my partner has stayed with me for so long. If Gui were weak and rootless, he would not have stayed with me and would not have a high status, but I know that this is really not the case. In fact, the opposite is true: my partner has a high status and has always been constant, because of my season of birth, autumn, when metal is at its peak, which allows the combination of You and Si, changing my Lu hour Si into metal to strengthen Gui water.
