Hi All! Please help me to understand what to do next...

My name is Maria, dob 20.07.1984, Russia, Krasnokamsk, Perm region (krai), 22.30

I'm now at home with a baby, 6 months old my infinite love)) before I was busy in horticulture as sales, sales support, translation, for 10 years. I don't have any education in this sphere but a little bit of everything, because it was just an opportunity what I grabbed after university. In fact, I was graduated as a teacher of French and English but I have realized long time ago that I don't like this job. I tried business with franchise in 2018 but failed with debts after 9 months. So, now I'm thinking what to do next, after baby-sitting, how to reset my career, my future. Please help me to understand in which sphere I would be successful, when I should start a new job or I should think of some other business again. Thank you in advance!

Just a very quick analysis of your chart:

You were born at Dog (Xu) hour, and not at Hai (Pig) hour.  With the Hai hour, you would have more luck with having your own business.  But it would not be so with the Xu hour.

Yes I do wear glasses and it gets worse every 2-3 years!! My vision is very poor from childhood, it's genetic from my dad. Even I want to make an operation in future.

That part about the eyes can be seen from the Wei-Xu punishment in the chart.  Xu is Fire Tomb, which in the Hour Pillar represents the eyes. 

With the Ding Hai hour, Ding Fire would be the one that represents eyes.  Ding would not be hurt or overcome.  Eyesight would be much better, maybe only minor myopia.
