Its not just the conjunction , we also may want to look at where they are.
In this case Saturn moved to Aquarius. Already there, thank god...
This is small part of all that is going on, yet here is some little list of what happened last time Saturn was in Aquarius:

The time before that was not any less impressive, however I have too much stuff in here and I can't find nice list of what happened back then.
But lets just say it was same pattern, fundamental technological leaps going along with civil rights changes that were echoing for many years after(" I had a dream" speech was also made during that time, Beatles made their first album, so did Bob Dylan, by the way, but there was much, much more then that).
But this is just what happens when Saturn moves to Aquarius.
Now is different. Because Saturn and Jupiter, the so called "Great Conjunction", the conjunction that many consider the Chinese 20 Year periods are based on(even though its not exactly 20 years) for the first time in a long time happens in Aquarius, so an Air sign.
They use to meet time after time in Earth signs, rarely in Fire signs, that all makes the last few centuries very material in nature.
First time we can breath some open air came a month ago with the conjunction.
And there is much around it... There were unusual eclipses then, the 2 planets were much closer then they have been in a long time and the conjunction was during the solstice... Last part is very important as well, as that is considered to increase the effects of all happening...
But anyway, in short - we expect stuff to get lighter progresivelly, technological leaps and civil rights stuff.
Here comes Uranus as well. That isn't as important, in my view, yet it represents similar "images" in many aspects, yet squaring it and in more severe form.
Uranus is unpredictable, electricity, powerful ideas, chaotic changes etc. Connected to the coming of new stuff, also very connected to Chokhmah in Kabbalah(

So that will be opposite the big movement to Air that we are making, currently, also connected with technological leaps and civil movements.
Making it even more messy.
I have great hopes for the next few years.
Much of the most important stuff in the metaphysical schools I consider myself part of, happened during the last time Saturn was in Aquarius. Even if we don't top it this time, I'm more then happy with just the same amount.

Many view the time ahead, as the actual "precursor" to the "Age of Aquarius". As the real movement is very slow and difficult to measure, we view it as "triggered" by something, so this Conjunction connected to Saturn moving in Aquarius(and there are 7 planets in Aquarius this February) is considered by some astrologers to be it.
I hope they are right.
I do agree that it will be a big push in that direction, although I'm not sure it will get all the way there.
Anyway, so what is Uranus in square to Saturn and to the movement in Aquarius that is happenging and will go on for a while...
Well, short way to look at Saturn in this case is as the old structure. As it represents the lessons people go through, we can view it as very connected to the current frame people operate in.
So we have the old structure, moving from dense material to lighter stuff.
That is accompanied by technology as well, of course.
And even now, through the changes going on in the world, we can see that many people are starting to use technologies that they stayed away from before.
It was there, they just didn't really utilize it.
We see more and more happenging through internet, as people are keeping distance from each other. However, it could have happened before, yet now seems to be the right time to be utilized.
We also see interest from the old structure to alternative ways of doing stuff... Projects like Divination X of Harvard I mentioned somewhere and other similar stuff...
That seems related to the move of Saturn to Aquarius. Aquarius represents new technologies, ideas, rebellion, spiritual things as well.
So we have the heavy material structure getting lighter as it includes new technologies and point of view.
Uranus, however, we can view as the moment when that spiritual and technological stuff is just too far ahead. Fierce leaps instead of gentle steps there, so basically, it means that the movement that is going on now, for spiritualizing stuff and for applying new technologies to how we do stuff, will have a lot of problems when the new technologies and points of view are just too far ahead and too drastic.
Saturn is willing to give it a chance, its moving to Aquarius, so it will be open to new ways of doing stuff, however, now in too severe way, when it gets too "crazy" it will have problems with that square of Uranus like that.
Uranus is in Taurus. This is "value", so one problem could be the fact that the new technologies or ideas, when too radical may also be too expensive, or too concern with their own "value" to join in the move the humanity is making. That is fine, it will take the more human oriented aspect, the ones focues on their own "value" may create tension there, however.
(difference between a new age seminar costing thousands of $, and one costing 20$, for example, second one can become part of the mainstream flow, first one may create tension).
That shows in many ways, technology behaving in unusual way is also a possibility, sure. Will stop here as its already getting way too big, yet I did plan to write some of these stuffs , before, just for general idea, but never got to it, so its all good I guess.
Edit: Just have to clarify, its not opposition its a square. Opposition is clash, Square doesnt exactly fit to the Five Arts, its challenges, so its something that we need to find a way to overcome.
