In my understanding, the Metal element embodies characteristics related to the legal profession, communication skills, analysis, and strategic thinking. Conversely, the Earth element in Bazi is associated with practicality, community involvement, and nurturing relationships, which makes it a suitable representation for Urban Planning (or alternatively, Urban Planning may be considered to represent the Wood element).

However, despite considering these attributes, I remain uncertain about which path would be the best fit for me, especially during the next 10 years Luck Pillars (LP) period. Analysis and strategic thinking are very much your strength.  All the Outputs and Output Tomb perform work.  In my opinion, your chart is more suited to the legal field than urban planning.

-  Yes, there is Wood, but it's weak, and the whole chart "screams" Metal.  Chou is Earth all right, but it's also Metal Store
-  Yi Wood is also seen as "dead Wood", instead of "live Wood".  And urban planning is associated with "live Wood"

I think your natal chart is the fake output follower type.

IMO, any career path that you choose will be made easier (thanks to metal) and fruitful (thanks to water) from 2017-2036. You should anticipate Yi Mao and Jia Yin decade luck, not Bing Chen.
