Work and love life

Hi,

I'm new here and would like some guidance on my work and love life.

I am a female who was born in 25 July 1985, 5:55PM Bangkok time.

I've also attached my bazi chart just in case.

To give a bit background. I've been having alot of ups and downs throughout my lifetime, from childhood, family, financial, work and mostly love life.

In terms of work, I think my luck is not bad, however I've been meeting super difficult people throughout my career. I know difficult people are everywhere, however my case is not the ordinary difficult people. I was reporting to a narcissistic manager probably 3-4 years back and currently I am dealing with narcissistic colleague who I have to work with on a daily basis.

In terms of my love life, I have flings here and there, however I haven't managed to lock even one official relationships. I've tried everything, going online, networking in the workplace, meeting new people outside work as well. I don't have any problem attracting guys, however, somehow i haven't met the right guy yet and when I am attracted to one, the timing is always not right.

So 2 questions I would like to ask:
1. What will my career luck be in the next 5 years?
2. Can I please have guidance in terms of my love life? What will my luck look like and how can I improve it?

from 25 - 45 years old, indeed your love relationship will be affected.
Its like a slow punishment, you will find fault with your SO. Based on reasoning you are not wrong, and always have a good reason.
I'll give an example - its like shopping for a foolscap, and flip every page to make sure all the lines are present, and count that there is really 120 pages.
You have every right to check this way, but do you really have to? In the process nick picking, even your wealth and health are affected.

You want someone who can impress you (in any way that you can be impressed) so sweet words isn't very useful.
Career wise, the interesting thing is this.

The small picture is that 2025, there may be a promotion, 2026 should be a very good year.
The big picture is that from 2029 onwards, you will embark onto something that could be irrelevant to what you are doing now.
My advice is that you should take it easy now, as the foundation you are building on, fighting for may not be applicable in the future.
It should help you to cope with stress, with lesser competitive intention as your inert character isn't build for harsh environment.
You need an environment where your talent can shine as a individual contributor.

After age 45, the factor that been hindering your ability to shine will clear off and you will find the right environment to excel.
Your 5th pillar 45-54 years old will be your golden age.


Your love life will improve after age 45, your SO will be very eligible (Senior Manager and above).

I'd made some correction. I took our my analysis for the "middle' picture and added the following:

"After age 45, the factor that been hindering your ability to shine will clear off and you will find the right environment to excel.
Your 5th pillar 45-54 years old will be your golden age"

My thought is that your key will always be the environment. If the running business is the right environment to shine then that will help you.
Your should let your business partner handle Human Resource matters as it is not your forte. A very helpful way the business partner can help you
is to take the stress off your shoulder so that you can perform and work your craft. The business can be the same industry you are in now - no restriction to the nature.

From my calculation of your Bazi 3-4 years back, I saw 2020 was a bad luck year for you, dealing with unhappiness at work.
(Geng metal directly bashing down your DM Yi wood on HS row)
Perhaps this was the year where you had to deal with the narcissistic manager?
Let me know if the time window is accurate.

With regards to your current predicament with a colleague, I couldn't find a problem in the 2023 interaction of elements.
So I went deeper into the months to see if the problem is specific to a time period.
My only guess is this happened rather recently in August, where in the EB row, the month's Shen metal clashed with the year's Mao wood.
Metal = your career element, Wood = your peer/friend/equals element.
So to me it could be signifying problems at work related to colleague(s).
Again, let me know if I got it correct.

Yes, it is correct. 2020 was really a bad year for me. I went through bad mental health situation facing this person and I couldn't find another job due to covid situation

Yes, this too is correct. I just changed job, however due to this colleague, I have decided to find another job to avoid the situation I went through in 2020 repeats again. Do you think i will find luck to find a job anytime soon while I'm building my business on the side?

Is there anything that I can do to increase my chances to meet someone? I have somehow tried everything and it is really hard to find someone I can connect with. I have done a lot of self reflection as well and trying to improve myself as much as I can. People tell me that I'm picky but if I provide example the guys who liked me they pretty much were not in a good place, e.g. taken or just broke up. So our timings are just off. Especially with the taken guys, it's just against my morale to even service their interest in the slightest, so I normally just avoided them and not reciprocating at all

My reply below:

My bazi calculation system is not able to tell you when you will find Mr Right, or who is Mr Right. It can only tell when you have better luck with males.
That being said, I will offer my solution from a personality POV, using deep understanding of the Ten Gods:

• Your natal chart is very strong in earth, which is your wealth element. The wealth element do not just refer to money or running a business, but encompasses things of value. Your time, intelligence and problem-solving skills falls under that category. So I can tell from your chart, you should be regarded as very intelligent to the people around you.
• Your luck with guys is present with the 7K You metal.
• You are friendly and have a healthy network of friends as evident from the 2 Yi wood, which are you friend elements
• The one Gui water is your support element, and to me is the 1st half of your problem. Support element encompasses many things: motherly figure, house, reputation, authority from status, but my focus here is moral values.
• Fire is your output/expression element and you have none organically in your natal chart. This is the other half of your problem.

So when I chain them up together, my evaluation of your personality, regarding the woes of love, is as follow:
You are friendly and have a healthy level of attractiveness to guys, so you have no lack of suitors - a good start.
You are intelligent, so you will evaluate the risks/reward(value) of entering into a relationship with any male - i.e., pitfalls, red flags, etc.
The act of evaluation is not the issue, that is good defense. It is the mixing with the considerations of morals + lack of action that pigeonhole you into this predicament.
Probably a bit too much self-reflection and too little actual action. Hence, why people around you labelled you as "picky".
You can try switch your mindset to just thinking from a "value" perspective - risk/reward seems good, forego some of the moral issues, take action.

Strictly base on bazi reading, 2027 is when another wealth element (Wei earth) will appear unharmed.
But I don't think letting a business idea incubate for that long will lead to success.
Since your innate wealth luck is strong, you can actually just start right away.
However, there is a Chen earth combination with your You metal in 2024, which has some effect on your wealth luck.

But I foresee how it will play out:
Be it you start the business now or early 2024, it will ramp up until a point where the effort competes with either A. your attention at your day job, or B. your availability to build relationship with suitors, or both.

So industries related to fire is likely to prosper. This includes digital and tech, so your idea of software/app is in the right place.
Tech sector moves very fast, so I don't think you should wait till 2027 before you start.
You are lacking fire too, so feeding this fire, jumping into action, should be beneficial.
