Is Yin, Wu, Xu combination the reason why Xu Resource the reason why my chart might be a fake follower chart? What about the earth in my hidden stems and Xin metal?

Yes! That's right.

That particular combo will not just produce more fire, but also transform all 3 branches (including hidden stems) into Ding fire.

Fake follower stands in the middle of a spectrum: weak chart at one side, true follower chart at the other side.

True follower chart is more 'durable'. It can still perform consistently during seasonal changes/bad decade luck.

Fake follower is more sensitive, because they rely on a combo. If your particular combo is quite strong, which leads to transformation, then it can help minimize the negative result of clash, harm, punishment and destruction.

I'll answer what I know thus far.

Since my chart is more sensitive as a Fake Follower, how much, or in what ways does the Yin-Si harm hurt me? In what kind of ways does this harm manifest in my life?

I don't think it has any major effect, because Yin will get combined with Wu and Xu.

Also, in Follow and Fake Follow charts, is the excessive element both positive and negative? For example, Fire gives me Authority, but does having a lot of Fire also affect my health negatively?

Fire should be good for your health. When you enter decade luck pillars with strong supporting elements, it may indicate health problems when you're old.

In the not so good years, can there be lawsuits that harm me?

I don't think so, as long as the decade luck is good. But if the decade luck is bad and annual luck is also bad, then you will fail if you try to stay competitive.
