i don't think so. self star can control wealth star, but cannot make wealth star. wealth star is produced by output. in your chart, output (mao) is broken by zi (yourself).
since wealth star is unstable, it may come and go (unsustainable). you can catch them but it would not last long. like your family money and wife which you ever had, they only be with you for a while (few years) before finally gone.
