Let's go back to the date, even before we think about the hour.  Is there a copy of the birth certificate that's circulating around somewhere in the Internet? 

The wikipedia states the date as such and such, but is it accurate? I have seen quite a few birth dates that were later corrected when the copy of the birth certificate is discovered.

Ding-You hour looks interesting... It leads to a very intelligent man, and one who can work in the financial field (You Metal and Chou Metal Tomb).

Chen is Tomb of Water (Output).  Output is source of wealth, which combines with himself (You Branch).  Yes, You Branch is himself because Xin <-> You (swapping image of DM with another Branch).  Ding Power sits atop You Branch, so Epstein has managing power over other sources of wealth --> Chen.  Chen in the Year, so it points to wealth source from distant locations or even other countries.  Year also means large scale, so it's large sources of wealth that he's managing.

From that Chen-You and Ding atop You, I can see how he manages funds of very wealth clients from other coutries/governments.

I think, in his chart the signs of perverse pathological intelligence & behavior is in the Chou-Wei clash.

As wet Branches, Chen and Chou may lead to jail punishments, when the chart and LP/AP are not favorable.

LP Wu Wu 戊午 1998-2008: this chart wants to control Wei Day Pillar, which is the Wealth Tomb.  Controlling something means you obtain it, and he did obtain wealth tomb/storage quite a lot in his life, which sadly had ended.  Now, 午 Wu Horse is not good, because Wu comes to combine with Wei.  This LP is against the intention of the chart to control Wei.  Therefore it was a problematic LP.

Wu Horse is generally active in the second half of the LP.  There is a technique in Mangpai on which Stem or Branch is active during the 10-year LP.   Wu is Officer/Authority Star, which explains the problems he had with the legal authorities in 2002-2005.

Based on Mangpai, his LP lasts from 1997-2007.  So 2002 is when the second half of the LP starts.  We can be more detailed with the month, but let's skip that for now.
