Summary: he pursues power/authority with his high intelligence.  A man who would do the best for his home country, not simply yielding to Europe.  He is an honest politician who is capable of making coalitions from different parties.  He seems to be the right man at the right Luck Pillar.  Note: I am not very familiar with Italian politics, so I analyze it from the birth chart reading perspective...

Analysis based on Mangpai Bazi

He pursues power/authority with his high intelligence, because all the work is driven by DM combination with Jia.  And everything else follows from there...  Ji DM combines with Jia Chen Pillar.  Jia is Power, while Chen performs further work by entombing Ren and the two Chou. 

What does Chou do?  Chou as Output Tomb performs work by entombing Output Shen.  Output represents his intelligence and education.  Chou that performs work means that he's very intelligent and likes to use his intellectual capacity.

He also gains wealth from his power and intelligence, because Chen combines with Ren Shen, and Ren is Wealth Star. 

Like the chart of Matteo Salvini that I analyzed earlier (click to refer to it), he is also a man who can make very good coalitions.  It's because he himself combine with Jia Chen, and Chen represents his coalitions/partners.  Chou is also another Parallel Star that also represents the same thing.

The whole chart works smoothly.  There is no sign of dishonesty. 

He is a person who is really attached to his home country.  Chou entombs the Month Pillar, and Chen combines with the Month Pillar.  These two interactions are work processes, so the Month Pillar is useful for his chart.  Month Pillar represents Italy.  Besides, there is no Traveling Star, either, so he would be pretty much based near his home town.

Yin-Chou is a combination all right, but this type of combination does not close tombs.

That's right, Tientai, Chen + Shen strengthens the Water Wealth element.  Chen is part of the Jia Chen Pillar, which is the country-wide authority that he obtains.  Shen Month represents his country, and Shen as Metal is also an image of financial areas.  He is capable in managing the country's economy and finances. 

The Guest location means that the wealth that does not directly belong to himself.  It means he is not a businessman, but an officer who manages the country's wealth.

Actually to my recollection I have never used the term "bully" for the You-Xu interaction.  This is a harm interaction, whether in Mangpai or traditional Bazi.

Very good.  Geng-Jia clash is not a problem, because Geng is unstable, while Jia is stable.  Moreover, Yi combines with Geng.

Chen entombs or stores Chou.  But then the contents of Chen is not released --> that's what it means that Chen Tomb is not open.
