Because Branch cannot control Stem.  This concept is not only in Mangpai, because there is some literature about it in traditional schools too. 

Instead of Resource, I use the translation Seal for 印 Yin, to be closer to the original character in Chinese.  Again, this has nothing to do with the Bazi school.

Chou is his Wealth Tomb, because inside Chou is Xin Metal as Wealth.  This is a person who gets his wealth from his "seal", in this case his royalty seal.  It's because Chou (Wealth Tomb) combines with Yin Tiger (Seal).  Chou combines with Zi, this is also a work process, so he obtains power and wealth together, because Zi is Power.

Next year 2020 is Geng Zi.  What are the negative interactions that arise due to Geng Zi?
Parent Pillar is Wu Yin, and I don't see anything bad from Geng Zi against Wu Yin.  Geng Metal and Wu Earth are in producing relation.  Zi Water and Yin Wood too.

In Prince Andrew's chart, Shen performs work in the chart (Mangpai's terminology of "work").  DM produces Hour Stem (Wu Earth) to produce Hour Branch (Shen Metal).  In that case, Shen does not like to be harmed in Hai year.  Shen-Hai is a harm interaction.

Shen is Wealth, and the harm interaction explains how he was relieved from his royal duties.  That happened last month, which was Hai month.

That's correct.

Yup, it led to his unrestrained sexual behavior.
Having abundant Output and Cai just means high sexual capacity, not necessarily the bad behavior.  But then the Yin Tiger is clashed by Shen.  Shen is Wealth at the Hour Pillar, which represents troubles with sexual behavior.
Why are the girls underaged?  Abundance of Outputs, where Output represents the younger generation or subordinates.

This is the Queen's chart.  Note how the Hour Pillar clash against the Luck Pillar has brought problems and major changes with regard to her descendants.  I'm referring to Ding Chou vs. Gui Wei.  Clash also means changes, commotions... This is not only valid for Andrew, but also for "Prince" Harry.
