Continue freelance or no?

Hi All!

Question is about my cousin. Dob 15.01.1978 at 14.50 in Moscow. She is a freelance psychologist. She likes her job but there is no clients for a long time, she is desparate. She stuck what to do, continue and fight for success or look for an official job in a company? What about her lucky periods, is she now in her lucky period or no?
