This is an interesting question. It is my understanding that the general structure of bazi does not have a specific representation for a godparent.

First, we have to understand if the concept of a godparent exist in the Chinese culture and history.
Second, we have to understand what your definition of a godparent is, what is that person's role or importance within a family structure. And I think it may be different within different family situations.

So, I would want to know the context in which you are asking.
If you are asking for a specific case, I have an answer from my perspective of chart reading.
