Mercury every day: The first hour (Rat time) and the sixth hour (Snake time) appear in the North.
Where would it appear? : O
Si Snake time is 11 near noon, at that time we are facing the Sun, can't imagine Mercury appearing anywhere in the sky, unless there is Solar Eclipse or something like that.
Other then that, the only thing that is always north is the Pole Star.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pole_starEverything else has its orbits and rotations, Mercury rotates around the Sun every 88 days, the Earth does it for one year and all that is changing all the time, so it will be challenging for Mercury will be the same positions every day at the same hour even for a specific place.
If you think how it goes its so changeable and fluid that there is no way that could happen everyday. This(the image below) is close to the real movements, I haven't looked into the details, but how the whole Solar System will be moving is similar to that and not the way often shown with the static Sun, as the Sun is moving through the Milky Way as well.
Looking at it seems obvious that Mercury just can't be that rigid in its movement that everyday at the same hour for thousands of years to appear north, whatever that "appear" north means.
Much of the other stuff has the same problems. Anything that shold work for that many thousands of years is very unlikely to be part of that messy system we can see where everything has its own way of rotating around the Sun, rotating around itself and relating to everything else.
