Stuck in karmic cycle

Every few years I seem to suffer a karmic backlash of a catastrophic degree which I have not been able to escape. This impacts my career mostly.

This year has occurred again.

Birthday 20 April 1980 at 4.15pm Sydney Australia (female)

Can someone please offer insight?
