May I know what will this person's career path be like from this year onward? He is experiencing more changes at work with more stress and uncertainties.

Also, is it possible for him to buy a small business with another partner as as investment and make it work with financial success?

Tiger hour is miserable and weak, heavily reliant on parents/much older relatives.

Ox hour is successful and a fighter.

There is a problem with wealth management, but overall he's still successful and resilient.

He is lucky to have good bosses so far.
