Thank you for explaining the purpose of divination and helping with my question.

It was tricky initially and I've agreed to compromise to ensure a smooth handover. I guess it aligns with your 2nd option which is to take "the middle road". Things are progressing now and I won't know the outcome until a few weeks later.

In a situation like this, what is the best divination tool to find out my final outcome? I really hope it will be a good outcome even with the next tenant.

Some use divination tools to predict outcomes. I do this for football games or to judge the climate
or energetics of a situation.

Though your initial question was "What will be the outcome", really your situation was asking
how to best proceed. You can cast a new chart or hexagram - asking about the outcome.

Yijing, Liu Yao, QMDJ, MeiHua, depends on the preference of the reader. They all do the job.
