Hello! I see you've provided a Qi Men Dun Jia (QMDJ) chart for February 27, 2025, at 22:49, which is a traditional Chinese metaphysical tool used to analyze the energy of a specific time and space. Since you're asking about potential negative or unclean energy in your home, I’ll interpret the chart to see if there are any indications of negative spiritual influences or energies. Let’s break this down step by step.

### Understanding the Chart
Qi Men Dun Jia charts are complex, but they essentially map out the energy of a specific moment in time across eight palaces (directions) and layers (time, day, month, year). Each palace contains elements like Heavenly Stems, Earthly Branches, Stars, Doors, and Deities, which interact to reveal insights. Since you're concerned about negative energy or spirits in your home, I'll focus on indicators often associated with spiritual disturbances in QMDJ, such as:

- **Negative Stars**: Like Geng (Metal) or Death Star, which can indicate challenges or harmful energy.
- **Doors**: The Death Door (Si Men) or Ghost Door (Gui Men, often associated with the Northeast) can point to spiritual issues.
- **Deities**: The White Tiger (Bai Hu) is often linked to negative spiritual entities or aggression.
- **Elements and Interactions**: Imbalances or clashes between elements (e.g., too much Yin energy or a clash between elements) can suggest stagnant or harmful energy.

### Step 1: Identify the Context of the Chart
- **Time**: February 27, 2025, at 22:49 (Zi Hour, 11:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- **Day Stem and Branch**: Ding Mao (Yin Fire Rabbit).
- **Month**: Wu Yin (Yang Earth Tiger, February).
- **Year**: Yi Si (Yin Wood Snake, 2025).
- **Hour Stem and Branch**: Gui Zi (Yin Water Rat).
- **Direction of Inquiry**: Since you're asking about your home, we’ll look at the Northeast (NE) palace, as it’s traditionally associated with spiritual matters and the "Ghost Gate" in Chinese metaphysics. However, I'll also examine the overall chart for imbalances.

### Step 2: Analyze the Northeast (NE) Palace
The Northeast palace in this chart contains:
- **Heavenly Stem**: Yi (Yin Wood).
- **Earthly Branch**: Hai (Pig, Yin Water).
- **Hidden Stems**: Ren (+Water), Jia (+Wood).
- **Star**: Ding (Heart Star, associated with emotions and sensitivity).
- **Door**: Sheng Men (Life Door, generally positive, linked to growth and vitality).
- **Deity**: Death (Si, which can indicate endings or transitions but also has a spiritual connotation).
- **Elemental Interaction**: Yi (Yin Wood) and Hai (Pig, Yin Water) have a supportive relationship since Water nourishes Wood. This suggests a relatively balanced energy in this palace at first glance.

**Interpretation**:
- The Northeast is often the "Ghost Gate" in Feng Shui and QMDJ, so its condition is critical for spiritual inquiries. The presence of the Life Door (Sheng Men) is generally positive, indicating growth and vitality rather than decay or stagnation, which would be more concerning for negative spirits.
- However, the Death Deity (Si) in this palace could hint at spiritual transitions or lingering energies. It doesn’t necessarily mean a negative spirit, but it suggests that there might be some unresolved energy or a need for closure in this area of your home.
- The Heart Star (Ding) indicates emotional sensitivity, so if there’s any spiritual presence, it might be affecting the emotional atmosphere in your home—perhaps making you or others feel uneasy or overly sensitive.

### Step 3: Look for Other Indicators of Negative Energy
Let’s examine the chart for other signs of spiritual disturbances:

#### White Tiger (Bai Hu)
- The White Tiger, often associated with negative spiritual entities or aggression, is located in the Southeast (SE) palace with Geng (Metal) and the Snake (Si). Geng is a challenging star, often linked to obstacles or harm, and its presence with White Tiger could indicate some aggressive or disruptive energy. However, this is in the Southeast, not directly connected to the Northeast’s spiritual gate, so it’s less likely to be a spiritual issue in your home and more of a potential external conflict or challenge.

#### Death Door (Si Men)
- The Death Door is in the North (N) palace, alongside the Ji (Earth) stem and Rat (Zi, Water). The Death Door can indicate spiritual issues or stagnation, but its placement in the North (a Water direction) with a Water branch (Rat) suggests this energy is more dormant or less active. It’s not a strong indicator of a negative spirit in this context.

#### Elemental Clashes or Imbalances
- **Hour Stem (Gui, Yin Water)**: The hour stem is Yin Water, which clashes with the Day Stem (Ding, Yin Fire). This Fire-Water clash can create tension or instability in the energy of the moment, potentially stirring up unease or emotional turbulence in your home. While this isn’t a direct indicator of a negative spirit, it could amplify feelings of discomfort or make you more sensitive to any existing energies.
- **Overall Elemental Balance**: The chart has a mix of elements, but there’s a noticeable presence of Wood (Yi in the year, Yin in the month) and Water (Gui in the hour, Ren in the Northeast). Wood and Water are generally supportive, but an excess of Yin energy (Yin Wood, Yin Water) can lead to stagnation or overly passive energy, which might make your home feel "heavy" or attract lingering energies.

### Step 4: Assess the Overall Energy of the Chart
- **Day Stem (Ding, Yin Fire)**: The day stem represents you or the energy of the moment. Ding (Yin Fire) is a gentle, flickering flame, suggesting sensitivity and intuition. You might be particularly attuned to subtle energies right now, which could explain why you’re feeling concerned about negative spirits.
- **Deities and Stars**: The chart has a mix of Deities, with the Chief (a positive Deity) in the West alongside Bing (Harmony Star), indicating some protective or harmonious energy. However, the presence of Geng (Injury Star) with White Tiger in the Southeast suggests there might be some external challenges or negative influences trying to enter your space.
- **Doors**: The presence of the Life Door in the Northeast and Rest Door (Xiu Men) in the East suggests that the overall energy leans toward growth and calmness rather than decay or harm. This is a good sign for your home’s energy.

### Step 5: Conclusion and Recommendations
Based on the Qi Men Dun Jia chart for February 27, 2025, at 22:49, there doesn’t appear to be a strong indication of a negative spirit or "dirty" energy in your home. However, there are a few subtle signs that suggest there might be some lingering or unresolved energy:

1. **Northeast Palace (Ghost Gate)**: The Death Deity in the Northeast, combined with the Heart Star, suggests there could be some emotional or spiritual residue in this part of your home. It’s not necessarily a "negative spirit," but it might be an energy that feels heavy or unsettling.
2. **Fire-Water Clash**: The clash between the hour stem (Gui, Water) and day stem (Ding, Fire) indicates some tension in the energy, which could make you feel uneasy or amplify any existing discomfort.
3. **White Tiger and Geng in the Southeast**: While not directly in the Northeast, this combination suggests there might be external negative influences or challenges trying to affect your space. This could be metaphorical (e.g., stress or conflict) rather than spiritual.

#### Recommendations:
- **Cleanse the Northeast**: Since the Northeast shows some potentially heavy energy, you can focus on cleansing this area of your home. In Chinese metaphysics, the Northeast is sensitive, so avoid clutter here. You can place a small bowl of sea salt in the Northeast corner for a few days to absorb any negative energy, then dispose of the salt outside your home.
- **Balance the Elements**: The Fire-Water clash suggests a need for balance. Introduce some Earth elements (e.g., a ceramic object or earthy colors like beige) in your home to stabilize the energy, as Earth mediates between Fire and Water.
- **Emotional Cleansing**: The Heart Star in the Northeast indicates emotional sensitivity. Perform a simple ritual to clear emotional residue, such as lighting a candle (representing Fire) and saying a positive intention for peace in your home.
- **General Space Clearing**: Open windows to let fresh air in, and consider smudging your space with sage or using sound (e.g., ringing a bell) to clear stagnant energy. Focus on the Northeast, but do the whole house for a thorough cleanse.
- **Protect Against External Influences**: Since the White Tiger and Geng are in the Southeast, you might want to place a protective symbol (like a small mirror or a protective charm) in the Southeast direction of your home to ward off any external negative energy.

### Final Thoughts
There’s no strong evidence of a negative spirit in your home based on this chart, but the subtle indicators (Death Deity in the Northeast, Fire-Water clash) suggest there might be some stagnant or unresolved energy that’s making you feel uneasy. By cleansing your space and balancing the energy, you should be able to restore a sense of peace and clarity. If you continue to feel uneasy after these steps, you might consider consulting a Feng Shui or spiritual practitioner for a more in-depth analysis of your home’s energy.

Let me know if you’d like further clarification or assistance!

But what does it mean? Someone is not letting go of the past?

Thank you 🙏

Hi BaziLearner,

This is just my rudimental guess...

If you follow JY, Surging Snake in Xun palace can denote Flower spirit or Snake spirit which usually will live harmonious with their surroundings. There is a traveling horse in this palace, which may denote things that move around a bit.
Surging Snake is the master of the environment. Can be cunning, shrewd, likes to manipulate others and its environment.
There is a hidden Six Crescent Punishment in this palace. So maybe things may get unusually.

Your stem is Ding (fire) which sits in the Dui palace. It holds the Hook (Gou Chen) deity. Not an auspicious deity, but has good qualities. Within your context, Hook denotes having to do with what is old, antique, history / historic. Possibly associated with past lives, past knowledge.

Hi Ren,

Regarding the Xun palace with the traveling horse you mentioned, is there something I have to be careful in avoiding placing certain certain objects? Like a mirror for example?

Hi BaziLearner,

I cannot offer any comments regarding your situation beyond what I previously posted.

I don't know anything about your circumstance, and any comments I make would be mere speculation.
I am not interested in speculating.

If what I posted resonates with your situation, Traveling Horse denotes movement.

All the best,

ren
