Title: Is this clash still effective?

Hello everybody,

My question is that if for my chart:

ding ding geng ding
wei  you   xu    mao

when I turn 33 years old, this year

the xu pillar won't be effective so from that date on there won't be clash with CHEN?
because according to the rules the month pillar is until 32 years old?
so from 33 years old ding you is the active pillar?
so no clash anymore from 33??

The age range is not that strict.  Month Pillar Xu can still potentially interact with incoming LP or AP when you are past 60 years old.

For example, here is the chart of Christian Lagarde, as contributed by @Dao.  Mrs. Lagarde is currently the chairman of the European Central Bank.

Zi in the Month Pillar represents Authority/Officialdom.  She still obtained authority at an age older than 60.  Her current official position was obtained just last year.
