I misunderstood the scenario, so you are after a job, but not the training.  In that case Officer is the main Yong Shen, and Parent is the secondary Yong Shen.  Officer is explained in #3 --> same conclusion, I'm afraid.

One thing in your previous post: did you mean to say that you received an email on July 13?
