Title: Should I take new role?

Hi,

My boss offered me a new role but Im unsure if I should take up as role is extremely tough and demanding. I have rejected him but I believe he would ask me again.

Can anyone cast a hexgram and advise if I should pursue this? And outcome?

Macy, don't be so comfortable, take part in the prediction, that is, if you want a hexagram answer,
throw coins, divide stalks50)  etc.  then ask for help with analysis ...

Based on the above cast ,my question would be should I take the role if boss pursues again? Is this hexagram 43? I hope I did it right. 😬

Anyway I want to ask how you take coin representation ..
The correct arrangement is :
Heads = Yin
Tails = Yang
------------------------
3H =      Yin    Changes (x)
3T =      Yang Changes (o)
1H2T = Yin    stable      (---) 
1T2H = Yang stable      (- -)
----------------------------------
Is 39 Hexagram changes to 23 ..
Where you think you made wrong after all ?

 Hex.39 is one of  four evil hex. of I Ching. The changing 6th  line :Going forward leads  to trouble, coming back leads to the best good fortune.

Drew the lines, cross reference with a googled hexagram chart to see which hexgram number.

Thanks for the interpretation. Not accepting would be a wise choice. Though it means a loss of $ as it would be a promotion.
But it is always better not to bite more than I can chew.
