Hi Jiyou, the chart uses Jia (Officer) and Chen (Parallel), and also Wei (Parallel).
-  Jia --> because DM combines with it, so DM pursues authority (or career).
-  Chen --> because Day Branch combines with it.  Chen is Wealth Tomb, and Chen is also Jie Cai (Rob Wealth).  This means wealth that belongs to others.  DM wants to get this wealth, so obtaining wealth from a company.
