Country events like wars, earthquakes or the future of a country have their own prediction tool, which is Taiyi Shensu. I have not studied this art, which is one of the Three Styles of Divination (三式), the others being Da Liu Ren and Qimen Dunjia.
Some practitioners use Bazi of the day to analyze such an even, but I would not do that. Fengshui of the Capitol Building can certainly be analyzed, which can be an interesting but challenging task if somebody wants to share here.

Does that mean that if someone does Yin Feng Shui for their ancestors Tomb, it will never work, unless they live at the Tomb?
There is something in other systems we call "sympathetic link" that works when a place is connected to a person.

Interesting topic, long time ago in another time and space i posted my analysis of Donald Trump's Chart. Don't feel like repeating myself if your karma find it then you will find it.
In short i don't know Mangpai much but in a traditional sense, I would categorize Trump's Chart as 两神双生拱禄格 which is a very rare type of chart indeed.
Don't want to go into further detail about that.
Interestingly i find it easier to explain Donald Trump's chart more from Astrological Standpoint especially from a Vedic Standpoint.
You see Donald Trump's Vedic Chart he is a Leo Ascendant. For Leo Ascendant's Venus is a functional Malefic.
Washington D.C. was created by the freemasons using very ancient astrological/vastu secrets. All of Washington D.C. or you can say the whole District of Columbia is a Giant Venus Yantra.
The boundary markers which are formed of 100 Stones to originally mark the District of Columbia for the Capitol is 100 square miles forming a giant Diamond Shape.

Also his Presidency greatly enhanced him. He was practically unknown until he became the President. Now he will go down in History forever as a Great President.
Whereas Trump will be leaving the Presidency as one of Histories most shameful and contentious.

It going to be a challenging year for Biden and America. It would seem civil war is coming cause both side supporters don't see eye to eye and more violent is expected on 20 Jan. The event happened on 6 Jan really have make history. What coming next is really depent on Biden leadership.
