Her location is hard to fixed. I hv check many source and found it birth hour is accurate . Wonder why she suffered from 2 coma on xin/hai mth this year.
Hi JLimHer condition started in 2016 Bing Shen year. Bing = Si, so it was the time for Si to clash Hai Water source.
I see her chart is damage from birth. How does xin/hai mth this year has such great impact on her? What can she expect from zi mth?

Hm... An Interesting Chart... Try to look from ZWDS perspective... Life Self Palace got self Hua-Ke...its a sign of change...If we trace back life ke which resides in life wealth then it denotes a wealth loss in early age. From this life wealth if we want to find the cause of the wealth loss then again we fly ke and it ends in the life health palace so which means that in early age this chart loss a lot of wealth which caused by health palace.. This is the first sign.
The second sign we can see from life friends palace.. in He Tu concept (6[friends] and 8[health] are legs and related with health matter). In her Life Friends palace got single life hua with double self-hua which denotes certainty of health issues[Po Jun-Weak body in childhood] and because of lu and quan are not in same group then she got a complicated health matter[which usually related with blood, kidney and liver] and timing of event Should started from 2014.

You are saying around 2016 some part of her organs has already started to fall sick. Then something triggered and destroyed her health in December. Will it get worse in her first LP?

Very interesting case study, from my view of this chart is that it is a 兩神成象 structure. Chart with mostly Fire Water and no Earth. Fullfills the requirements.
Water is stronger then Fire therefore it is not afraid to meet Earth in LP. The thing with her chart is that her 甲 is 通关用神 but is surrounded by water with no Root.
It is a very weak 用神 so it need the right LP to support it. Last two years go through 印运 Resource Luck, which supports Water rather then Fire. Therefore her health was affected because 申酉 support 子亥 clash 巳. Also 甲 Qi is Jue in 申, Tai（胎） in 酉. Yongshen is at it's weakest qi phase and can not support 通关.
癸 born in 子 month water is frozen, need fire 丙 to melt the earth, 丁 can not do the job. 巳 has 丙 but 丙 don't potrude. Since she is born in 巳 year though, that means that the qi phase is still heading towards peak of Fire, as the next year will be 午. So the yearly phases is still in support of fire. So there are saving graces.
This year 乙丑LP 戊戌Year 丑刑戌, 癸 in chou 刑 丁 in 戌. Earth qi increased but this is still a cold earth it can not thaw the ice.
She will have some up and downs this year to her health. She need to becareful her immune system is naturally weak. Maybe comprised to a degree.
She needs to make a past first part of 乙丑 pillar to see complete recovery.
This is not a illness that can be cured easily but it can be cured.
When chart is strong we look at 食/伤 as health star, when it is appear in 4 pillars and it is weak,over-exhausted,attacked,it could cause health problems.
In her case it is over-birthed and unrooted it's like a 甲DM with too much water and no root. 甲 becomes floating wood is actually hurt.
