So, actually bazi practitioners combine both bazi and zwds in their analysis?

In terms of wealth, you need fame/good reputation to succeed.

Your work must have some sorts of spiritual enrichment. Basically you have to love your job, regardless the amount of income. You can't work solely for money. If you insist, your life will be miserable.

In terms of career, you will easily receive help from much older people. Travel or global exposure is great for your career.

In terms of property/real estate, all the drama in your life will mostly come from relationship/marriage. Not career, not wealth. Beware of lawsuit.

It depends.
Quite a number of accomplished chinese metaphysics practitioners are proficient in a variety of techniques, i.e. Bazi, ZWDS, QMDJ, Liu Yao, Liu Ren, Feng Shui, etc.

If you know more than one technique, it is always useful as a counter check, i.e. do a Bazi reading, counter check with a ZWDS reading or vice versa.

So it is not a must for bazi practitioner, but always nice to have an extra skillset.
