Attached is your son's chart.
From the way I read Bazi, here's my thoughts:
Personality
Expressive, talented.
Will use those to his advantage to pursue his goals/wealth.
Inclined to unconventional thinking that leads to problems following instructions/authority.
Age 1-10
Very expressive time in his life.
Conflict with parents/mother due to his wants.
I assume quite typical behavior of children growing up - child will always want to do something funny, parents will restrict.
Age 11-20
Build many friendship.
Friends fuel his expressiveness and goal-pursuits.
Sporadic clashes with authority/things that try and control him.
I think quite typical of teenage years, as long the clash with authority is not severe.
Take special care in 2041 (Age 18) - risk with authority is super strong during this period.
Age 21-20
Be very careful during this period.
Many people trying to take advantage of him or steal his wealth.
Strong chance of wealth loss period.
Age 31-40
His unconventional thinking is very strong this period.
And it leads to some wealth loss, but not as severe as last decade.
Perhaps mid-life crisis?
Wealth also relates to father in Bazi, so take note of father's health / relationship with father during this period.
Age 41-50
A period where his ability to follow rules is stronger and/or ambition is stronger.
If he is under employment, will be better luck at work.
There is also a loss of support element due to wealth.
Support = mother / morals.
Could be mother having health problem and he is spending wealth on her, or he is pursuing some goal that is not so ethical.
Age 51-60
Strongly ambitious period.
But slightly confusing, as his expressiveness also conflicts with his ambitious nature.
How this plays out, difficult to tell.
I can read further into 70s and 80s, but I assume up to this stage is sufficient?
Relationship
Not bad with ladies, as long his wealth luck is undamaged.
Periods where his wealth luck is affected, affinity with females poorer.
Future spouse will be supportive of him, but will be controlled by him.
Will have conflicts.
Family
Generally equal affinity with both parents, but maybe slightly better with father.
Mother is a bit more controlling and he doesn't like it.

Family life isn't smooth and peaceful. There's insecurity, discomfort, constant pressure, physical/emotional pain.

We and our kids are okay. Just that husband is always busy at work and im the one usually handling kids with a helper

Your busy husband easily fits your chart.
"Not close" sounds mild to me. I expect much bigger conflict or estrangement (very little to no communication).

I dont know who my birth parents are. Hv been adopted to malaysia since im 4
I still talk to my adoptive father but not often. And my adoptive mother passed away already

No. It could be your bad luck with parents or parental figure.
The problem is something about your parents, not you.

They dont share their thoughts with me
But i do know that they care
We talk but more on surface level

I wonder if this means you shouldn't invest much feeling/emotion into your family life, because your life turns out OK that way.
Shallow yet functional relationship brings peace while profound relationship brings pain.

I think i was born around fujian/anhui/xiamen region
Not too sure but thats what i remembered when my aunty was telling my adoptive grandmother arranged the adoption
Im asking due to general parental concerns.

I think the biggest challenge he will have is between the age of 30-50.
It will be family-related.
He will be very distracted and encumbered by this, and will affect his performance in life.
You may potentially have friction with his spouse, and he might be caught in between.
Wealth is weak this period, but wealth may not be money-related, can be relationship with spouse too.
Health-wise, during this time period, gallbladder is weaker.
May have signs of hair loss too.

From the chart posted by Aeonrel, your son has a good chart. Nothing stands out as a possible problem area.
Your chart does indicate the possibility of becoming distant from your natural parents. I have not looked deeply into things
but hopeful, no problems.
