Title: Two dead charts - what is the real life-phase?

26 of March 1988 Tallinn, Estonia recorded birth time 00:30 (sundial birth time 23:03 March 25).
1 of February 2014 Tallinn, Estonia I don't remember my son's exact birth minute but I do know I calculated very precisely it to be Fire Horse hour.

Both of these charts DM's are weak, dead if you will, but that is according to the 5 classification (dead, retreating, weak, strong, prosperous). What I really need to know is what is the exact life phase out of the real 12 lisfe phases? Like in womb or ...?
