Title: The kitchen should be placed on a mountain or water star?

The kitchen is the area where food is prepared. I am in some confusion and would be interested to know what is the star to consider when locating the kitchen? On a mountain star or on a water star? Thank you.

Logically, from Flying Star mountain star, may be more important?As Sitting/Mountain star may be more related to Support/Health and other stuff, one may need when eating...

8 mansions, also has some interesting and nice influences for Kithcen. In the Luminary(very interesting blog, that isn't online, currently) they advice Tian Yi for Kitchen if possible and it makes a lot of sense to me as well.
