Title: Different destiny? Why one girl is rich and the other normal?

the first girl was born on january 23th 1988 at 17:30.
She's rich and is from tokyo, minato ku district (a zone for rich people in Tokyo)
she's very successful and studied at Keio University.

The other girl was born on january 13th 1988 at 20:30
She comes from a normal family who lived in a small town
and is a lawyer but she isnt rich.
she was born in South America.

I wonder why the first girl is rich, and the other isn't
both are weak ding fire daymasters
and have similar luck pillars.
