Hello everyone. I am planning a program for Android to calculate which hemisphere is between 22.44 degrees northern and southern latitudes. In the southern hemisphere, according to the Taoist BaZi, the earthly branch of the month is opposite to the northern one. As well as the solstices. Question for forum users. What languages should I add to the interface if you are interested in this topic. To plan in advance. Thank you.

I am not familiar with the intricacies of the countries for which this application will be. I am looking for a person I know or who is ready to participate in possible expansions and monetization of this application. For starters, I am interested in a local advertising banner network. Preference - Vietnam. Or someone who is ready to work with Vietnamese banks. And not connected with the USA and the like. I hope I don't have to explain why. ;)
