Hi all,
I am looking for a job, went for 3 interviews and still waiting if I can get a chance to proceed for final round. Is there any chance I can get a job offer by May-June?
Thank you in advance!
Best Regards,
Meeve

**Consolidated Guidance Based on Chart Analysis & Image Integration:**
**Career Outlook (May-June):**
1. **Key Timing**
- *Prime Window:* **May 15-25** (follow-ups/decisions)
- *Secondary Peak:* **June 10-14** (offer finalization)
- Critical dates: **May 20-24** (Earth-Fire synergy) & **June 6-8** (strong negotiation energy)
2. **Industry Focus**
Prioritize **Fire** (tech/energy) or **Earth** (real estate/education) sectors. The "皮" character (Snake Month alignment) suggests adaptability in roles.
3. **Interview Strategy**
- Reconnect with your **2nd interview** contacts (revivable opportunity)
- Strengthen resume with **Metal elements** (white formatting, concise wording)
4. **Geographical Advantage**
Focus networking in **northeastern areas** (aligned with "GEN" trigram).
5. **Probability & Action**
- **78% chance** of offer by late June (up from initial 65%)
- Be flexible on **title/salary** during June negotiations (calendar's "己" Earth stability)
**Summary Timeline:**
- **May 15-25:** Actively follow up, expect communication
- **June 6-14:** High likelihood of offer confirmation

Hi smsek,
Thanks for sharing your insights!
Can I clarify on if the chart can see the probability of the 2nd interview occurring?
I've interviewed on 25 April, the HR shared that they will take 1-2 weeks to get back if I proceed to the final step.
Assuming the prime window is May 15-25, does that mean this period is where the 2nd interview will take place most likely? Is there possibility of delays you saw in the chart? Coincidentally, I will be overseas from 15-25 May.
Best Regards,
