This is likely not a typical chart. Female 14.03.1981, 6:30 am, Poprad, Slovakia. Has anyone seen this before? Could someone help clarify this dynamic? I feel an inner conflict Mao/You, metal versus wood... and I can't find my path—in my career, what to focus on, or how to deal with relationship problems.

A very interesting chart with the constant Metal-Wood conflict.
In Mangpai, we see the chart as having two gangs, however it's too bad that neither gang controls the other one. In other words, neither Metal nor Wood is the dominant controller here.
Water in Stems can be good (but not always), for example in LP Gui Si (1997-2007), where the Water releases the very strong energy of Metal.

Thank you for your answer. It looks like things will be better in 2027, but I can't wait until then to work on my career and relationships. Also I have the Metal and Wood elements, but I'm missing Fire, Water, and Earth. I do have some stars that provide a bit of balance.
My question is: In a typical chart, you look for balance, but in my chart, since the Day Master is weak, should I be strengthening it or should I be guided by the Wood element? What is my best strategy? What do you think?

When I look at your Bazi chart, I'm reminded of the saying, "Beauty is a powerful force!" Although I haven't seen you in person, I think I'm right, you are very beautiful and feminine. You just need to understand and accept this,without demanding any proof from others or from yourself. Once you do,everything will fall into place, both in your personal life and your career.
