I doubt it's your birth hour. Here's what I found one hour forward and backward:

Tiger ---> weak affinity with parents and weak personal wealth. Good luck with spouse and siblings.

Rat ---> no luck with parents and travel. Weak affinity with siblings. Overall decent luck in marriage, wealth and career.

Mood easily affected but not really depressed. How about career?
