This is not a favorite question by clients: funerary of an elder family member! :( I would rather talk about health outlook rather than pointing to the time of demise.
Yes @Phoenix , I agree that Subject is Father, and Object is Father's Mother (Parents line).
But I agree with Dao that this grandparent is safe but weak.
I think she will survive this year, but health will deteriorate.
- Current health is bad, because Yin Wood (Parents line) is overcome by Month and Day, also broken (Po) by Day.
- Why she can survive: Zi is actually not real Kong Wang in this case, because Zi is strong by Month and Day. Zi is the only thing that helps weak Yin Wood.
- In the longer term, however, health will deteriorate, because Zi changing into Si is 化絕 hua jue or changing into the vanishing Qi phase. And the Yong Shen (Parents line) depends solely on Zi Water to nourish it.

寅木父母，秋卜凋零，逢绝、逢冲、逢克，
Yin - wood Parents [line], with divination in Harvest time (Autumn) as decay, meeting with Vanishing [Qi phase ], being Clashed [Chong], and subdued [at the same time],
五爻子水，独发相生，无根之木，生亦不久，
5th line Zi - water, soley sending out ( to show one's feelings ) and in engendering phase, [still] not having the root basis of the wood [1st Other - Parent line ], [so] give birth (life) not for long time.
防午年冲去子水，为子者勿远游也。
So [must] guarding from Wu - fire year that can clash [chong] Zi - water, as Zi - water not go so far away,
果终于午年。
Indeed finally reaching up to the year of Wu - fire.
此应冲去原神之年也。
This respond [answer ] that the Clash [chong] the Original God (Zi - water Yuan Shen) by the Wu - fire year.

《野鶴老人卜易》
Wild Crane divination Yi Gua
五爻俱动，一爻不动，谓之独静；五爻不动，一爻独动，谓之独发。
[If ] the 5th Yao move, and the 1st Yao not move, this is so-called solely Calm ( Quiet ), if the 5th Yao not move,and the 1st Yao move, this is so-called soley sending out ( to show one's feelings )..
事之成败，由乎用神，应期迟速，亦由乎用神。
For affairs of success or failure, relay on Useful God ( Yongshen ), when dealing with [affairs] that are delay of fast, relay on Useful God ( Yongshen ) also.
独发独静，古有验之，余试亦有验也，皆在事应之后，始会神机，非初遂敢执以断祸福与应期也。
The solely calm / soley sending out, is an ancient test, i experimented also this test, all affairs were responded on this, only then be sure of God's intention, is wrong to begin [ at start ] daring to proceed grasping the [meaning] and judge when to deal with disaster or happiness.
况卦得独静虽少，而独发者多，如舍其用神，执以决事者则不然。
Moreover for Hexagrams in obtaining solely Calm ( Quiet ) is rare (few cases), and in obtaining soley sending out ( to show one's feelings ) are numerous [cases ], but if giving up Useful God ( Yongshen ), and trying to grasp the meaning of affairs then this is principle is not correct.
［乾按］: 本章所论独静独发之断法，虽持论不一，然都有可取之处，学者宜兼听兼用，不可偏执一法。
[Old Saying ] : the Original theoretical chapter of solely calm / soley sending out is definitely a Law [method], even if holding many opinions, thus all have a positive [meritorious] point, scholars should double checking when using, do not grasping stubbornly [this ]one law,
卦遇独静独发，如何决断，仍须全面分析，既看用神旺相休囚，又看独静独发动变生克，多方验证，再作判断，方保不出谬误。
In an Hexagram when meeting with solely calm / soley sending out [law], how to make a decision, yet must make comprehensive analysis, check by taking care of Useful God ( Yongshen ) Qi Phase of flourishing (wang) appearance (xiang) resting (xiu) prison (Qiu), again take care if solely calm / soley sending out Line is changing or changed or giving birth or subdue, in many ways inspect and verify, only then determine, this is a method to guard not making mistakes.
《斷易天機》
From: Duan yi tian ji [Changes Heaven opportunity ]
取獨發論卦中只有一個爻動，稱為獨發。
In obtaining the [Law of] solely sending out ( to show one's feelings ) only you find it in the bottom Gua on the first moving yao, this is so called solely sending out ( to show one's feelings ).
如卦中有一爻明動，有一爻逢日辰衝而暗動，也稱為獨發。
As to the bottom gua’s first yao (wise !!) movement, is when this yao meets the clash (chong) of the Day [branch] and makes hidden movement, this is also called solely sending out ( to show one's feelings ).

Yes, it's true that clashing the Original God is inauspicious. The classics says the 午Wu year as the final year, but we don't know when the divination was done, do you Tientai? For example, if the divination was done in Wei year, then the next 午Wu year is 11 years later... this is certainly long enough to have a long life! yes agree with you Master @JLim ... you said it right ..
Only the Author knows the year of making divination. ..
probably was few years ( 2 or 3 ) before Wu ....
The nature of this kind of question is bizarre and strange . But a relative needs to ask for it.
Perhaps there are some reasons for arranging different issues before they become more complicated after an unexpected death of an elder family member! ..!!

Please note:
- If five lines move and one line does not move, then it's called 独静 Solo Quietness
- If five lines do not move and only one line moves, then it's called 独发 Solo Change
So it does not mean the fifth line or the first line.

I had learn with a master for some years and complete it with various source from five arts (book and internet ) , it s also help to easier the way when reading a cast to understand it when it is represented with different symbol system (like the A. Chui symbol, traditionnal .. ) , and I m open to different point of view in interpreting hex :) , that s very interresting to understand other and element sometime we haven't seen , or seen in a specific way :) Sharing the practice is the best way to learn from other and reflect in our own practice :) I love this community , and feel welcomed and that warm my heart :)
