What should be the exact time after time adjustment?

It's exactly the same time as in bazi-calculator.com (http://bazi-calculator.com)

I enter the birth date, time of 2:45 and location Jakarta.  Gender is assumed to be Male (M).  The GMT and longitude are provided by the program.

And the program calculates the solar time as 2:38.  Of course it plots you the whole chart too, because it's a bazi plotting program (and many other things go with it too).
