It's actually not quite Ji Hai year yet, based on the definition that I follow.
The Chinese solar new year starts at around 4 Feb.  To be exact, Ji Hai in 2019 starts on 4 Feb at 11:14 GMT+8, or 3:14 at GMT etc.
