Мангпаи = Mangpai.

Are you asking if the image of the 丁丑 Ding Chou Pillar is Mangpai (Blindman School)?  Yes, it is, because Ding that represents eyes sits atop Chou darkness.  To be sure that it functions as a school, Ding or Chou is Output or Seal (Resource).

So, you have thinking about that image all the time? I don't know any Russian, and speak/write only English with my Russian students of Mangpai. 

Are you studying Mangpai yourself now?

Yes.
I do not know any of the Russians who would teach this school. I learn only the usual bazi.
Maybe in the future I will learn from you...
